I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with their relationship with food to empower them to mindfully and intuitively nourish and move their bodies. By learning how to honor their inner wisdom, individuals can make peace with food, develop a compassionate and nonjudgmental relationship with food and their bodies and cultivate a nurturing self-care practice. I help individuals bring greater awareness, curiosity and compassion to their food choices, eating behaviors, thoughts and feelings so they can nourish their bodies and minds and thrive.

I empower athletes who are feeling confused and unsure how to fuel and hydrate their bodies due to the mixed messages they receive from the media and others to listen to their inner wisdom and observe their body’s internal cues and responses. This will enable athletes to decide how best to apply sports nutrition guidelines to their sport, training schedule, food preferences and lifestyle to achieve peak athletic performance and reach optimal health and well-being.

Presentations & Webinars

I provide engaging, hands-on, and scientifically-based presentations and webinars. First, I will gather information regarding the team’s performance nutrition goals, fueling and hydrating challenges and barriers as well as current performance nutrition knowledge. We will then work together to determine how I can best work with and support your team so that athletes can achieve peak athletic performance and recover optimally.

Consultation & Supervision Online Group for Clinicians Treating OCD & Eating Disorders: Are you a therapist or dietitian who works with individuals with an eating disorder and OCD? Join Registered Dietitian, Katie Jeffrey, and Psychologist, Lissette Cortes, to receive support, consultation and supervision.

Performance Nutrition Workshops: Would you like to learn how to optimally fuel and hydrate your body in a supportive group setting with like-minded athletes? If yes, then my performance nutrition workshops are for you! You will develop the skills to fuel and hydrate in ways that work best for you by learning how to apply sports nutrition guidelines to your sport, training, lifestyle and food preferences while receiving support and encouragement from other athletes navigating similar circumstances and challenges.
